La profesora de prácticas
Lleva una semana con nosotros. Es una chiquita joven y mona, con muchas ganas de demostrar lo que sabe y de ganarse a los chavales. Después de ver todos los cursos, ha optado por coger el toro por los cuernos y enfrentarse con los pequeños, los de 3º de la ESO. Sutilmente, le he recomendado que se centrara en bachillerato pero, no ha querido. Así que, hoy salió muy contenta de su primer grupo. Tenían el día bueno, y, menda, estaba detrás con la vara de avellano. Pero el segundo ya fue otra cosa, con paciencia les ha repetido lo mismo una y otra vez, pero ni caso.
He visto reflejado en ella los primeros años de mi tarea.
Y me doy cuenta de que he mejorado mucho con los años.
He aprendido a tener paciencia.
Siempre hay que sacar algo positivo,¿no?
A ella la he animado a continuar, no porque falten profesores, si no porque de verdad creo que tiene madera e ilusión.
The practising teacher
She has been among us for a week. She was a young pretty girl, eager to demonstrate what she knew and to get on well with the students. After inspection of all the groups, she opted to take the bull by the horns and confront with the 3º ESO students. I, subtly, recommended her the older students, but she didn’t want. So today she went out of his first class very happy. The students were quiet, and I was behind the stick. But the second group was very different and I, very patiently, repeated the same all the time, but they didn’t take any notice of me.
I have seen reflected on her the first years of my work and I realise I have improved with the time and I have learned to be patient. Always something positive should be learnt, shouldn’t it?
I encouraged her to continue working, not because there is no teachers, but because I really think she is good and have a lot of illusion.
